PolarPanda.com is an online store where products are sold by ShopTilt Ltd, Hong Kong (later referred as seller).
The following terms and conditions will be used in trade between seller and all it's customers.
Seller sells products to all customers who are at least 18 years old as well as companies and organizations.
Seller sells products to customers under 18 years only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

TERMS OF SALE AND DELIVERY
1. Ordering
1.1 When placing and order the customer must always provide
a) As a consumer: name, email and mailing address.
b) As a business customer: company name, contact person, email and mailing address.
c) An underaged customer must also provide the name and email of a guardian in the Comments field when confirming the order.
d) A customer who orders games or DVD movies must also provide his date of birth in the Comments field when confirming the order.
1.2 When making each order the customer agrees with the then current terms and conditions regarding ordering and delivery.
1.3 All communication between seller and customers is done by email. The customer agrees to monitor his/hers email account after making and order.
1.4 A binding commercial agreement will come into effect when customer has made an order. The system will confirm the order automatically with an email.
1.5 Seller restricts the right to limit sales in large quantities for example due to availability problems.
1.6 In case of problems in availability, import restrictions of restrictions by authorities, sellers's liability limits to canceling the purchase and returning money paid in advance.
1.7 If the customer doesn't approve the product, it must be returned to seller within the 14 day return right.
1.8 Seller can refer to a mistake in case of a clear product error, for example if the error is so obvious the customer should have noticed it.
1.9 Seller is not responsible for information or material provided in links outside this website.
2. Pricing
2.1 Prices shown in the catalogue do not include taxes or shipping costs.
2.2 The shopping cart will show shipping costs after selecting the preferred shipping method.
2.3 All prices on this site apply only to orders made in the online store. Orders cannot be placed by email, fax, telephone or mail.
2.4 The products will be delivered with the price current at the time of making the order despite of possible changes in the price after ordering.
2.5 Seller can refer to a mistake in price in case of a clear error, for example if the mistake is so obvious that the customer should have noticed it.
3. Terms of delivery
3.1 Seller delivers products within the delivery time shown on the product page. Seller tries to notify the customer if the delivery is postponed for more than 7 days.
3.2 If a product is lost or damaged during delivery from customer to seller the customer is held responsible.
3.3 When sending goods to seller the customer must keep all documents such as a dispatch note.
3.4 All ordered items are shipped in one dispatch. Bad availability of one item does not bind seller to ship separately other items in the same order.
3.5 Customer is responsible for paying all tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT) and other charges that may occur when importing the ordered products to customer's country.
4. Terms of Payment
4.1 Payment is made according to payment options shown on payment methods page.
4.2 When paying by Bank Transfer the order must be paid withing 7 days. Orders that haven't been paid will be cancelled. All bank charges of both parties must be paid by the customer.
4.3 If the customer would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, seller will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.
With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment. 4.4 Online banks: Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy (FI21228397) provides the financial and payment service for online payment in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online payment.
5. Return rights
5.1 Customers have the right to return their order or parts of it within 14 days from receiving the order.
5.2 The product must be unused and in new condition, including the package and manual. The customer has the right to try and test the product as he/she would when buying it in a store. The customer has the right to try the product, but not take it into use without losing the right of return.
5.3 Opened DVD's, CD's or games are not returnable, neither are any unsaleable or used products. This also applies to all sealed collectible items.
5.4 The date of purchase is considered to be the date the package is collected or claimed from the post office. The customer is responsible for proving the date of purchase, for example with a receipt from post office.
5.5 If seller in an exception accepts the return of an used or incomplete item, seller will charge handling costs the minimum of 25% of the price of the item.
5.6 All returns must be delivered in an original packaging packed carefully. A copy of the receipt must be attached with contact information, bank information and the cause of return if the product is flawed.
5.7 The return can be made by mail. When returning faulty products seller will return the shipping costs to customer. In all other situation customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
5.8 Seller will not accept unpaid shipments, shipments made by Cash-on-Delivery or any shipments by other than the Postal Service.
5.9 Seller will charge the costs of needless returns from customer according to current rates.
5.10 The return right for a given item is for that item only. The delay in delivering one item does not warrant for a longer return time for another item.
6. Warranty
6.1 The warranty information is always marked on the product's information page.
6.2 The warranty period starts from the date shown on the invoice and lasts for the time defined on the product's information page. Warranty change or repair doesn't extend the original warranty time for that item.
6.3 If the manufacturer, importer or authorised repair shop offers a warranty for the product, seller's responsibility in handling the warranty is limited to the general regulations stated in the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
6.4 A condition for the warranty is the use of the item according to the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions. Seller can be freed from warranty if it is made plausible that the breaking or impairment of an item is because of an accident, incorrect use of the item or any other cause on customer's side. Also if later it is noticed by the manufacturer or the repair shop that the breaking of the item is caused by customer's carelessness seller has the right to charge all costs from the customer.
6.5 The warranty does not cover damage caused by power cuts, improper storing or cleaning, thunder, improper use or other neglect of instructions including faults in installation by the customer or physical breaking of the item. The warranty does not cover wearing caused by normal use and possible breaking because of this. Only components and accessories approved by the manufacturer can be used with the products.
6.6 According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act the customer must inform the warrantor of a flaw in a reasonable time since noticing the flaw.
6.7 Incomplete items sent to warranty repair will be sent back to the customer on customer's charge.
7. Complaints
7.1 In case of possible incorrect deliveries or any other complaints the customer must always contact the seller first.
7.1 According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act the customer must inform seller of a flaw in a reasonable time since he/she noticed the flaw, or should have noticed it.

REGISTER & PRIVACY POLICY
Parties: Customer & PolarPanda.com (later referred as seller)
When signing up as a customer the user becomes a customer and the given information will be registered for seller's customer registry.
The information will be used for development, production, contacting and other suitable uses. The information may also be used for seller's
marketing and research purposes. The information cannot be passed on for third parties.
CUSTOMER REGISTRY
All customer information will be stored safely and will not be given to third parties. Enclosed is the registry information as requested by Finnish law.
