As a customer of Polarpanda, you will have the following shipping options:
Mail delivery
Shipped as a 1st Class postal parcel, in an envelope or package. This is the easiest and most advantageous shipping option. Only the mailing and packaging costs (depending on the size and weight of your order) will be added. Orders shipped in an envelope will be delivered to your mailbox usually the following business day. Packages can also be picked up from your local post office the following business day. Mail delivery starts from: 1.50 EUR. International orders will be shipped via Priority service and will usually take more time to reach the destination.
Cash-on-Delivery (Only available for Finnish customers)
Shipped as a 1st Class postal parcel, in an envelope or package. Mailing and packaging costs (depending on the size and weight of your order) and Cash-on-Delivery cost (4.90 EUR) will be added to your order total. Cash-on-Delivery orders can be picked up from your local post office and paid when received. Cash-on-Delivery orders start from: 6.40 EUR.

This product is usually in stock either in our warehouse or at any of our direct partners. The product usually ships within 24 to 48 business hours.

This product is currently not in our warehouse and new stock is supposed to arrive at a known date. You will see the estimated in-stock date at the product info page. You may order this product and it will be shipped to you as soon as it is back in stock. If your order includes other items also, all of them will be shipped in one shipment when stock arrives.

This product is currently not available and no availability date is yet known. You will not be able to order this product until the availability is confirmed.

Returns
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, customers of the Polarpanda online store can return their order or parts of it within fourteen (14) days from receiving the order. The product must be unused and in new condition (including the package and manual). Always contact us by email before returning a faulty item.
Return the product well-packaged to the address (click on the link) below. Please include a copy of the receipt and your contact information, bank account number and a short description (in case of faulty product). Please mention at the Post Office that the shipment is "ASIAKASPALAUTUS (customer return)" so you don't have to pay the post fees (only available in Finland). Polarpanda customer return number is: 612741.
