Do products have warranty?
All products have at least six months warranty. Some products may have longer warranty from the manufacturer. You will always find possible warranty information at the product info page. The warranty covers manufacturing errors.
How much are is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the products ordered and also on the payment method chosen by you. Add the products to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Choose the shipping and payment methods. On the confirmation page you will see the total of your order including the shipping costs. In case you don't want to purchase the products simply leave it unconfirmed.
When is the Polarpanda physical store open?
Unfortunately Polarpanda does not have a physical store location and thus no opening hours. We currently deliver products by post only.
