Approx. 90 minutes for full loading phase and you get 7 hours (with light) to 9 hours and a half (without light) of battery life after using four batteries. You can keep your GBA SP alive in low battery emergency situation by plugging the charger without turning off the console. Connects through the headphone port of the console with supplied detachable cable
